The three similarly named services
Seoul’s official subway storage page describes different products under similar names. They are not interchangeable.

This guide focuses on T-Luggage and T-Locker. Prices are mutable commercial data, so verify the live operator page when booking instead of treating a screenshot or old blog post as a permanent tariff.

Current staffed T-Luggage stations
The official list reviewed on August 24, 2026 names these locations:

An exit number is a navigation clue, not a guarantee that the counter is outside the paid area or beside the street exit. Large interchange stations can involve long corridors and different operators. Use the station map and allow walking time.
Measure the packed bag, not its marketing size
The published T-Locker interiors are:
- small: 50 × 30 × 60cm;
- medium: 50 × 45 × 60cm; and
- large: 50 × 90 × 60cm.
A suitcase advertised as “28 inch” is not guaranteed to fit because wheel, handle and shell dimensions differ. Measure the packed bag at its longest, widest and deepest points. It must pass through the opening and sit without forcing the door.
Even a correctly sized bag needs an available unit. Holiday periods, major events and checkout hours can fill popular stations. A reservation or app display should be checked close to use, and a staffed counter should remain the backup for essential plans.
Operating hours create the biggest hidden risk
Official guidance says T-Locker storage and retrieval are unavailable outside operating hours. A paid locker does not give after-hours building access. Last-train times also differ by station, line and day.
Before storing a bag, work backward from the next fixed event:
- flight or train departure time;
- required airport or station arrival buffer;
- travel time from the storage station;
- time to find and open the locker; and
- a margin for a payment, app or access problem.
If the plan returns close to closing, storage at the accommodation or a staffed service with clearly suitable hours is safer than an underground locker.
Same-day delivery can remove a return trip
The official T-Luggage service includes eligible delivery between listed stations and to Incheon Airport. Delivery may save a cross-city return solely to collect bags, but it introduces cutoff, destination and handoff requirements.
Confirm all of the following directly:
- origin accepts the service on the chosen date;
- destination and terminal are correct;
- bag size is accepted;
- handoff occurs before the published cutoff;
- collection time leaves a safe flight buffer; and
- prohibited-item rules are understood.
Do not place passports, medicine, electronics needed in transit or irreplaceable valuables in a delivered bag. Convenience is not worth creating a single point of failure before an international departure.
Station locker, hotel or staffed counter?

Hotel storage policies vary and are not automatically included before check-in or after checkout. Ask the property and retain its answer instead of relying on a generic hotel rule.
What not to store
The official T-Locker guidance identifies prohibited or risky categories and limits compensation. Keep cash, passport, payment cards, medicine, fragile electronics and irreplaceable documents with you. Do not store animals, dangerous goods, flammable materials or anything prohibited by the operator.
Photograph the locker number and station context, but do not share an access code. Keep the support number or transaction record outside the stored bag.
A reliable storage checklist
- Measure every bag after packing.
- Confirm station, floor and nearby exit.
- Check live availability or reservation instructions.
- Read accepted payment and app requirements.
- Set a retrieval alarm with travel buffer.
- Save the transaction and support contact.
- Keep a staffed or accommodation backup.
Luggage storage should simplify a transfer, not become another connection that can fail. Choose the location based on the next fixed departure rather than the attraction you happen to visit first.
